Urban Assistant was formed by Claire Lane in Sydney, Australia, in 2007 with the aim of helping people to get their lives organised.

Claire has 15 years’ experience in the corporate world, having worked in a variety of management and organisational roles, including four years as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of a global financial services company. She has a degree in Philosophy & Sociology and has also studied Advanced Management for Executive Assistants at the Australian Graduate School of Management at U.N.S.W.

Claire is also a step-mum to two teenagers, so she knows what it’s like to be run off your feet!

Urban Assistant specialises in:

• lifestyle management for busy people, and
• events management for the really big things, whether private or corporate
