Decluttering your space – and learning techniques to keep it under control – can help to reduce these levels of anxiety and restore a sense of balance back into your life.
Urban Assistant will work with you to formulate a plan to bring order to your home. We are experts in decluttering, reorganising storage systems and creating stylish spaces in which you can relax. We also provide packing and unpacking services for moving house, as well as helping to prepare your home for parties, visitors or even new babies.
Office According to the National Association of Professional Organizers in the USA, 45 new sheets of paper are generated each day by every American office worker, and the personnel cost of handling these paper records is over 20 times the cost of the records themselves. Further, The Wall Street Journal reported in March 1997 that the average executive wastes six weeks a year searching for misplaced information from messy desks and files. - Organising your life

The aim of this service is to help you get all the things on your ‘to do’ list done – to give you more time to spend on yourself, with your family and friends or on other important business tasks
We’re all trying to fit so much into our lives these days that we’re just run off our feet – managing the house, looking after the children, walking the dog, doing the shopping, getting the car serviced, planning a holiday – oh, and then we have to go to work, and have a social life if we’re lucky! Urban Assistant can alleviate the stress of trying to juggle all of these things on your 'to do' list.
We do all sorts of things for our clients – running errands, paying bills, buying gifts, booking dinners and holidays, organising tradesmen, helping new mums, house-minding… the list is endless.

- Organising the big events - private and corporate

The aim of this service is enjoyment – specifically your enjoyment. If you have an event coming up – no matter how large or small - and you’d prefer to sit back and enjoy it rather than worrying about all the details, Urban Assistant can help.
We will work with you to design a brief for the event and then you can step back while we do all the running around for you. We’ve helped clients with hen parties, weddings, baby showers, kitchen teas, anniversary and birthday parties, children’s parties, graduation parties, housewarmings, launch parties, corporate functions and team-building events.
